Our Paneled Doors are custom built with the highest quality woods available. All of our exterior and interior woods are clear, and without finger joints.

Exterior Wood Species

Western Red Cedar, Spanish Cedar, Cypress, and Sapele Mahogany.

Interior Wood Species

Basswood, Sapele Mahogany, Cypress, Red Oak, Pine, Soft Maple.

FINISHING OPTIONS

OPTION 1:

Spray Primed*

Sprayed with top quality oil-based primer; light sanding recommended.

OPTION 2:

Primed and Sanded*

Sprayed with top quality oil-based primer, sanded and joints sealed; ready for finishing.

OPTION 3:

Primed and Finished*; Ready for Installation

Each shutter is sanded, primed with two coats of oil-based primer and sanded again. Then the primed shutters are finished with a premium exterior paint. Custom color charge may be applied to orders less than 60 square feet.

* Color finishes by Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, and PPG may be matched by supplying the manufacturer's brand name, color number and color name. Anything else can be matched by swatch.
